Disney isn't just rebooting the Star Wars brand -- they're giving it a makeover... literally! We've caught wind of a sexy new collaboration that's going to have Star Wars on the lips... and cheeks... and brows of millions of beautiful people. More after the jump.
According to an encrypted holocron sent to us via snail mail by "Darth Wintour", Disney is working with Maybelline on a new cosmetics line inspired by the first Star Wars spin-off film.
"The Rouge One Collection" (Editor's note: Rouge is not a typo) is said to include a wide range of beauty products for both men and women. Our source claims to have seen internal documents, which confirm the following cosmetics: Lash Blaster Mascara, Imperial Face Sith Concealer, Rebel Yell: Color Xsplosion nail polish and lipsticks, as well as a top-secret Bothan Blotter.
"Darth Wintour" also let us in on some details regarding the promotion of the new cosmetics line. The faces of the ad campaign will be Felicity Jones, Ben Mendelsohn, along with a huge surprise… actress and pop sensation Ariana Grande! Gareth Edwards has already directed the trio in a commercial for the new cosmetics line. Edwards was so impressed with Ms. Grande, he created a small yet pivotal role in Rogue One just for her.
